GYM..

hello! A exhausted Day for me. haaay! I go to the Gym with friend Chibi,and also with her high school frends, we started to break our Tummy fats hehehe..its really hard! but according to my friend, di naman daw ako mataba, but! i can feel na anlaki na ng Tummy fats ko Oh no!.. Ohh myy. hehehe.. its not easily to do it,at the same time, im a first timer,kaya a lot of pain.hahaha.for 3 hours! a lot of sweat na lumabas saken.hehehe.(gross) but its okey, its worth it.and now, i started to diet, 1cup or 1/2cup of a rice a day,i mean in 3x a day, Kaya ko kaya?hehehe.i hope so..
